All make good choices in both cash and GPPs, but if you’re trying to save money but still hit on a high-strikeout SP, the resurgent Rich Hill and red-hot Jacob Faria are great choices. Mike Foltynewicz and Dinelson Lamet are two more high-upside guys who have plenty of risk to go with their potential rewards....
